Ecotourism

Ecology is an increasingly strong concern for certain segments of the Iranian population, even if awareness often remains marginal, and if much remains to be done in terms of energy saving, pollution, respect for nature, information and education. National parks protect fragile or threatened species, local initiatives are multiplying to recycle materials, use resources better, and be more attentive to the natural environment. Numerous academic works are interested in the question, and even develop a vision of nature which is part of a specifically Iranian tradition of a relationship with the world. In the tourism sector, the 2010s saw the development of ecotourism rediscovering deserts and forests, inspiring the construction of ecolodges, promoting the development of local economies that respect resources and biotopes.

With guides specialized in ecotourism, we develop tailor-made itineraries to discover the natural riches of Iran and participate in a tourism that is still a minority, but rich in initiatives to preserve unique ecosystems.

Esfahak
