Mixed cultures and natural treasures

We know the cities on the Arab side of the Persian Gulf (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), but the Iranian side is an almost unknown world, yet richer and more authentic. Along an often majestic mountainous coast, punctuated by fishing villages, historical testimonies follow one another, which evoke a strategic and always key region, a place of intense commercial and cultural exchanges, from Antiquity to the present day, between the Arabia, Africa and even India. Embracing the main islands of the Gulf, this trip offers a unique vision of history and mixed cultures, where the remains of ancient temples and Portuguese fortresses rub shoulders with still-living traditions from Arabia and the distant scents of ocean routes.
